Therapy is not the same for everyone. We differentiate and relate to the individual needs of every person, couple and family with whom we work.
Specialization
We specialize in relationship issues concerning individual, couples and families. We help our clients improve their communications; find solutions to difficult problems, heal from affairs, work with issues related to separation and in some cases divorce. We help couples with pre-marital concerns to increase their chances for a more fulfilling and loving marriage. We also specialize in individual therapy for stress, anxiety, depression, fears, grief and anger management with insight.
Types of Therapy
We provide different approaches to therapy. These are insight oriented therapy, cognitive therapy and behavioral therapy. We use these approaches individually or in combination depending on the goals and needs of each person. Our hope is that we will help you achieve a greater understanding of yourself and others. So you will have greater control of what matters most to you in your life.
