Adventure Water Sports rents jet ski's right on the water in Mission Bay and they are the closest to the full speed zone. I called around and some places you have to either tow your own or you have to drive 5mph for a really long time until you can go full speed. I highly recommend them. Next I want to try Stand Up Paddleboarding, looks like fun! more
