Phenomenal 10/25/2010

I wanted to get a second opinion on my two-year old's teeth. He had four cavities, and I wasn't thrilled about the first dentist we took him to. I went online and found Adventure Smiles. From reading other positive reviews I decided to take my son to Dr. Richardson. The doctor and his staff are outstanding. I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience we've had in the office as well as the srugery center where Dr. Richardson performed my son's operation. Thank you Dr. Richardson and staff! more

The staff is very friendly and genuinely cares for children. Dr. Richardson has a calming presence and therefore makes it easier for the kids to relax. Great experience overall, my kids are probably some of the few children that get excited when I tell them we're going to the dentist! more

FRIENDLY, CLEAN, PROFESSIONAL 10/21/2010

My child has multiple special needs. Upon entering the office, there were other children waiting, playing, some seemed nervous. The staff immediately greeted us by name with warm, friendly smiles. It was impressive to complete paperwork by clicking items on a computer. Dr. Richardson's assistant was very friendly and professional and extremely sensitive to our needs. Dr. Richardson was prompt and thorough in examining and diagnosing. He was patient and attentive with any questions/concerns we shared. It was over before we knew it and we were on our way with smiles on our faces. I would definitely recommend his office/services to future clients. more

Person making the appointment didn't listen to all my requests. An e-mail was sent to us about cleaning and I responded, but apparently it wasn't read, so they tried to clean my daughters teeth even though that wasn't what the appointment was for. more

This was my daughters first dental appointment'she is 2 1/2 years old. I was expecting her to be frightened and uncooperative because she's very shy. Dr. Gary and his staff made her feel very comfortable and her exam went very well. She was rewarded with a sticker, a character toothbrush that she picked herself, a balloon and a small going away toy. She thought she was in a play area rather than a dentist office. As parents of a toddler, my husband and I were very impressed with her experience and Dr. Gary's attentiveness and treatment. more

I love bringing my children here because everyone is so understanding of the "typical" children behavior. I often get embarrased at their behavior and everyone is quick to remind me that they are just children and it is alright. It takes a lot of pressure off me. Also, the quality of treatment and care given is fantastic! more

After earning his doctorate from Creighton School of Dentistry in Omaha in 1993, Dr. Richardson learned that he particularly enjoyed helping children develop healthy smiles. This led him to complete a pediatric residency at the University of Nebraska Medical center in 1995, earning status as a specialist in pediatric dentistry. Each year, Dr. Richardson continues to study advanced children's dentistry, especially in the areas of child behavior management and sedation dentistry. Most importantly, he takes the time to get to know each child personally, communicating with parents and children to create a lifetime of great smiles.
