Adventure Helicopter Tours

WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! DO NOT USE!!!\r I purchase Living Social deal and did not receive the tour I purchased. They advertised ""Romantic Sunset Tour"" a $438.00 value which was what I purchased. Once in the air, the pilot informed us he was told to take us to Hollwood Sign only, which is a $198.00 value. They refused to honor the tour I purchased and said they would not give me a refund. BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Bait and Switch. Not much you can do once you are up in the air. Really read up on the company. TONS of bad reviews which I did not check prior to purchasing my deal.\r PLEASE DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!! more

When we came into the office, I was floored! We were greeted with champagne, candy, smiles, and such friendly people. We took the one hour tour and it was amazing. We saw dolphins jump in the ocean and saw the cool homes of Malibu. I will never forget this day! Amazing is the word for it. Very fun and everything was excellent. more

Don't read the other bad comments about these guys. The customer service was excellent. Our aircraft was very clean plus our pilot was so much fun! Very knowledgeable of the history of Los Angeles. We were able to see the Hollywood sign and area right up close. An amazing way to see LA. I would recommend the #2 tour to anyone. Thanks to the team! more

I agree with the other two posts....they ripped me off, won't return phone calls, and Vaugh is just a disoragnized j*** to deal with ....oh, by the way, wish I had looked at their BBB review before having them charge my credit card WITHOUT ANY AUTHROIZATION... I had a great event planned for my special someone, and these bozos made the experience absolutely horrendous. Not only did I not get what I paid for, they refused to reimburse us for the difference! My husband and I were highly disappointed when we went on our helicopter tour. We paid for a $300 package in which we were to see the greater Los Angeles area including Staples Center, Dodger Stadium, Hollywood & Hollywood Hills and this was suppose to be a 30 minute tour. We ended up on a 15 minute tour and we only went as far as Universal Studios. Did I mention it was also Valentine's Day? This was our present to each other that did not turn out the way we thought. We told the manager, Vaughn, what had happened and he reassured us that he would check the flight log and refund the money to us within a day or so..... We have called 3 times now and it is a week later and no response! They make it sound like customer satisfaction is a high priority but fail to return calls. Another thing to note is that in order to fly, you're suppose to get weighed, watch a safety video and then they are suppose to hand you a ticket that lets the pilot know which package you paid for. It's no wonder they screwed up our flight, they couldn't have been more dis-organized! We never got weighed, no safety video and of course, no ticket. Don't waste your money, find a different helicopter tour, one that's closer to the beach instead of B.F.E.! Cons: Pathetic Customer Service: empty promises! more
