I have done boot camps, work out classes all kinds spinning aerobics kick boxing mostly in stinky gymns this is all outside fresh air phenomenal exercise no routines its ALWAYS different always fun! THE BEST AND MOST FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE FOR MUMS AND CAREER WOMEN EVER. You never have to miss a class or forfeit that time or money because you have the choice of 6-7 a day! .Also what a wonderful group of women ( and men in co-ed groups) all ages 20-80 really! My mum just did it at 72, Shannon (9am Rec Park class) designed a program that met her needs the week she came with me.
