This is a decent place to go for items such as wheelchairs, walkers, crutches, and medical aides. The staff, however needs a pep shot. When I went there to buy compression hose, which are very expensive items, the salesperson was a little short with me, had an attitude, and in addition had very little affect. They did not have what I needed, and I could see that the stock was low on a lot of merchandise. This surprised me for a namebrand item. It had to be ordered and took several days. They were nice, however, about accepting a return on some hose I had worn because my doctor told me I had gotten the wrong kind.
The store is not visually appealing, as things looked thrown around and in disarray. There were big boxes all over and I do not know how they find anything. Floor displays were not conducive for easy viewing or shopping. Their prices are about 20% higher for the exact items at some online stores, so I think I will be buying my hose online from now on.
