My partner Barbara and I contacted Chuck Capps on the recommendation of the SeaTac Quik Stop service manager, Kevin Bennett. Chuck replied to my reaching out email the same day; I liked him instantly when we finally spoke on the phone. We wanted a black Mercury Grand Marquis with very specific ?stuff? on it and Chuck and his brother worked tirelessly to make that happen. The process started on April 4, 2012; Barbara and I were there on April 28, 2012 to pick up our beautiful Black Beauty. What a blast that was?.best car buying experience EVER! The car is everything we wanted and more, actually. We both (really!) got tears in our eyes during the first walk-around of the car.
We?ve bought cars from dealers before, but never had so much fun as this. The staff was AWESOME, Chuck was everything we thought he?d be, his brother was da bomb, Shane in financing was terrific, and Tom was so patient and helpful as we went through the process. Most of all, the experience was honest, open, they answered all questions and they genuinely wanted to please us, unlike many used car dealers we have had the displeasure of dealing with.
