Good but expensive 9/30/2005

The inside design of the apt is nice and new. But the price is expensive. Over $600 for one bed room and over $800 for two bedroom. The landlord is free from complaints even though my roommate had an "interesting" experience with this landlord. I heard that they don't really charge you late fee if you miss the deadline of payment for couple days. more
