I was pleased with the work done by Advanced Wood Floors. In fact, this is the second time they have done work for me, and I would most certainly used them again.

Worst

The sub-contractor used for the sanding and polishing of the floors has done an excellent job. Just disappointed with the follow up customer service by Advanced Flooring. Not ...

An Extraordinary customer experience from start to finish. 11/9/2012

I came to Advanced Wood Floors with an unusual set of circumstances. The wood I wanted to buy from them was going to be exported to Mexico. Michelle Sanchez and Erika Wexler went beyond the call of duty to keep me informed, to resolve issues with export laws and Texas Sales Tax regulations. Without fail, they were pleasant and eager to please, and to help me get the answers I needed to complete the transaction. All I can add is: Thank you. more

From the pre installation meeting to final completion, this was a very professional job. The installers were very careful in covering everything that was moved from the rooms to minimize dust. Also very careful in removing furniture. I highly recommend Advanced Wood Floors for wood floor installation. more

I am very satisfied with my repaired and refinished wood floor. I was not happy with the subcontactor's work (Eagle/Cornell). He was in a hurry and wouldn't try to match the floor. When I told Jeff Blair I wasn't happy, he got Juan to fix it and I am completely satisfied and would use Advanced again. more

Advanced did an AMAZING job! 9/24/2012

I just wanted to write about how outstanding both the install and finishing crews were. They were the shining stars in our remodel experience; on time, very polite, good at what they did, able to concisely explain why they had to do things the way they did, and at the end they left the job site clean and secure, so no one would mistakenly enter the areas they finished. The second crew was very careful not to damage any of the recently installed built in cabinetry and window benches. I know first hand from a previous experience that the machines they used could have left those items scratched and marred. We will highly recommend your company to everyone we know! more

Cornel was always on time and my floors look wonderful. He fixed the mess the previous person I hired had left. He even came back the next day to repair footprints my grandson had left on the floor when he walked on it before it was thoroughly dry. more

Amazing service 8/22/2012

We were thrilled with every aspect of working with Advanced Wood Floors. Manny was quick to discuss our needs, Greg got us on the schedule really quickly, and Cornell made our 80-year old floors look like new. We worked with lots of contractors over two months as we updated our home, and Advanced Wood Floors was easily the best and more professional. more

Specialist was excellent 8/12/2012

Our floor specialist, Cornel, did an excellent job with our floor refinish. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and obviously highly skilled at his craft. The end result was exactly what we wanted and it was finished on time. A+ more

Overall, fine 8/4/2012

Started slowly. I had to make a couple of calls to find out what was going on with seeing the samples. The job also took a day linger than I was led to understand. The cure times on the leveler, sealer and mastic were longer that I expected. Otherwise, the guys that did the installation did a good job and were very professional. more

The office personnel were courteous and efficient. Emmanuel the salesperson was helpful, knowledgeable and just a nice guy. The installers are artisans. They did wonderful work and went the extra mile to get everything perfect. They tidied up at the end of each day, and were very considerate of my having to live there while the work was going on. Darryl especially was great. more

Great job 5/10/2012

I was referred by a couple of friends who had worked with Terry Delgado (sales person) and were very satisfied. Terry helped me with my dining and living room selection of wood floor last year so this year, I decided to call on her for installation of wood on my stairs. I was very satisfied with the work Bill did on my stairs. He and his assistant did a wonderful job of keeping things clean and neat while working. Greg who scheduled was very good in keeping me informed of their arrival. Terry kept in contact with me to be sure everything was going well. I really appreciate a company that is detailed and works personally with the customer. Michelle was also bery helpful and informative on my charges. more
