I will be 66 next month and Dr. Miller runs the best medical practice I have ever encountered anywhere. Dr. Miller has the personality and skills you want in a doctor but he also offers all the intangibles and even better the staff is top of the line and the entire office runs smoothly at all times. I am in the middle of having cataract and glaucoma surgeries and the whole experience from initial visit to the first of the 2 surgeries Dr. Miller walks you through literally everything from what to expect to exactly what he will do and what you as the patient are expected to do. Dr. Miller and his staff have reaffirmed my faith in the medical profession and I am proud and happy to trust my eyes to them and I could not be happier on every level. more

My appointment was scheduled for 3:40 with Dr. Miller. The current time is 5:00 p.m. and I still haven't seen him! The assistant took me in the room over an hour ago and she did rhe eye exam. She dilated my eyes and told me to sit in the waiting room gor my eyes to dilate for "some pictures". Which still has not happened. The front office was happy to take my co-payment. My former optometrist was never more than 15 minutes behind and he did the eye exam and dialation himself. I am not impressed. The staff is nice but I dont think I will come back here. more

I had to get a referral to come to this office after switching insurance plans, but it is so worth it! Everyone makes you feel welcome, listens to your questions and answers each one and gives you a scalable plan for addressing any issues! more

I came here for Lasik surgery. Dr. Miller already has high reviews. He is very friendly, approachable, and easy to talk to. It's been 1 year out since my surgery and I'm very happy with results. more

I had my first appointment today with Dr. Miller. My experience was outstanding in every respect.. The office look and feel was open, inviting and comfortable. Simple check-in process, even with the standard paperwork protocols. Before I saw Dr. Miller, I was efficiently and comfortably taken through two different testing/exam stations. Emanuel, who was personable, instructive, and knowledgeable, discussed my medical history, with a focus on my eyes, and administered some of the basic eye exams. I then went to visit with Liz who did a couple of computer assisted exams. Liz was also responsible for explaining the costs, benefits and options related to cataract surgery, if indeed I needed and wanted such. Liz was outstanding in her careful attention to my specific eye needs and issues. She explained everything clearly and with an obvious level of care for me as a patient. I felt like I was receiving a very high level of diagnostic care from Liz and not like I was just another person being "processed" through a system. After I finished up with Liz I was seen by Dr. Miller. You will not find a more personable, kind, and bright ophthalmologist in the Valley. He explained the results of my tests in easy to understand, but in no way condescending, terms He was thoughtful in explaining some of the more nuanced aspects of each eye and what I could expect from surgery and what I could not reasonably expect. There was zero pressure for me to have surgery - all options were on the table for me to consider. When I left I felt as though I had the most comprehensive, thorough eye exam I have ever experienced. It was also the most pleasant and the most caring "eye center" I have ever been to in all my years (I'm 68). In my opinion Dr. Robert Miller is the best. I had cataract surgery on both eyes recently he was very patient and thorough explaining my options. I don't remember the last time ever seeing 20/20 and now I can what an amazing difference he has had on my life. more

Dr. Miller performed my Lasix surgery a year ago, correcting my astigmatism and nearsightedness. The staff was very kind day of procedure, and Dr. Miller did an excellent job of easing my nerves and explaining what he was doing each step of the Lasix procedure. Dr. Miller and his office staff have always done a great job monitoring my progress and offering support and assistance. The only thing I noticed (mixed blessings) is that the office this last appt is much busier than a year ago (good for Dr. Miller's business, bad for wait time). I was seen one day/one week/one month/six months/one year post procedure and only had to wait beyond appt time once. Thank you Dr. Miller for the care and attention you provided.
