After repairing and replacing transmission, car was given back to me and clutch pressure was low when driving off the lot and died after 3 miles of driving. Had to tow car back to shop and after 3.3 days was told that the master + slave were needed for replacement to get it to be fixed. Disregard the fact that it was all working before I took it there. Was charged extra for the parts and labor to fix the problem.
Owner said he test drove it, but the other owner had muddled under his breath that he should have test driven it more. Guarantee is meaningless here, everything is your fault or the age of the car. Was told that these are common problems with these cars because they always keep them in stock. Forget that I had already called 3 other dealerships around the area that had nothing in stock and a 3 day wait.
Now car is back and working. Guess what, my trip meter I set before I left was at 3 miles. I get in my car and it still says 3 miles! They did not even test drive the car after it was fixed! No use in ever going here.
When I told them that I have never had this much trouble when I take my car to the dealership, I was told maybe you should go there then. I could have done the work with my friend in less time and I only do brake and tune up work on my car.
Pay the few extra bucks and go to the dealer, at least there they would give you a rental, wouldn't waste your time and money for 5 days and it would still cost less. These people will treat you like you know nothing, regardless of your intelligence and will try to make you leave with a better taste in your mouth by trying to be buddy buddy after forcing you to pay extra.
Only reason they have 1 star is that the front desk lady was very polite and friendly.
Pros: Friendly and nice lady at front desk
Cons: Where do I start
