Joe & crew started troubleshooting right after I got to the shop. Because my truck needed extensive transmission repair, I rented a car and continued my trip. Joe called me with an estimate as soon as he had it, called me again a few days later when the repair was complete, and ran the charge at that time, all as promised. He kept my truck for another week & a half until I picked it up this am. I have gone over 650 miles today with a happy transmission. I was fortunate to have found Joe and his shop! more

Service and staff is better than most. The one criticism I have is that the hourly rate is not the time spent on the actual repairs. Instead there is a predetermined fixed amount of time they alot to most repairs. My actual repair took 30 minutes, yet I was billed for an hour-and-a half of labor at $88/hr. more

We had a great experience here. Our transmission went out on the first leg of an 1800-mile trip home, and the crew at Advanced Transmission took care of us. They diagnosed the problem and completely rebuilt the transmission in a day and a half. Got us back on the road in record time. They were very nice and very professional, and we enjoyed working with them. I would recommend them without reservation. more

Fast work good service more

When my transmission died in Golden Valley leaving me and my dogs stranded in the heat, Joe got a tow truck out to me immediately. They quickly tore it down and assessed it and made the repairs. more

We were stranded in a Kingman RV park for 8 nights. AT graciously provided us with a car so we could get around. Could have been more timely on contacting us with the additional issues that came up. It would have been great if they were more flexible with their hours of service. more

I had my transmission replaced on my one ton Chevy and a bigger transmission cooler put on since the stock one was to small. It was done well truck shifts great transmission runs cooler now I just need to hook it up to the car trailer and go on a trip. I will be back for work in the future. more

Went in for what should have been 80.00 a/c recharge. 3 days later got truck back w/a/c recharge except it cost me 408.00 more

I am a senior woman and new to the area and went there based on the reviews, as my pickup had after driving for a bit developed a problem where it would stick in a gear but it was inconsistent. They said it was the speed sensor, however that didn't fix the problem they said so they did a transmission overhaul which meant keeping my only vehicle for 2 weeks. Then I got it back and didn't even make it home when it repeated that sticking issue as well as seeming to shift a lot harder than before when it was very smooth except for when it would stick in whatever gear I was in, so I took it back the next day they were open and they put some additive in it and Joe told me to drive it to Laughlin or Vegas however I had to work and was unable to drive more miles at that point, 2 days later it did the same thing on my way home from work and I dropped it off at the shop. I did make note of my odometer at that point and the next day they told me they drove it a lot but it didn't do anything I picked it up and it was not driven enough to make it do it so I just drove it more, so far it has not stuck again so perhaps the additive finally worked itself through, however I wonder if I needed the whole overhaul in the first place now since the problem existed after it was done, and a $20 bottle of additive seemed to be what fixed the problem. Personally unless my transmission goes out during the warranty I won't return to this business more
