I experienced bad customer service. The girls didn't know anything and kept putting me on hold for 5 minutes every time i asked a question. Will not recommend this place.

Worst Tax Service..! 4/27/2012

They are not organized at all. The people that answer the phones have an attitude and never know what is going on. You get no calls back or reply to e-mails. The do not care about their clients, that is why I took my business elsewhere. Do not go here unless you want to get treated with disrespect and be ignored. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE. more
