Pest management has been in the O'Neal family since the 1940's. When Aaron's grandfather, Melvin O'Neal, was discharged from the Marines after WWII, he acquired his commercial pilots license and began dusting cotton for Boll Weevil in the late 1940's in Mississippi. A decade later, he moved to the great state of Texas to continue his work. He decided to take a break from the business in 1958, but as you will find out anytime you speak to Aaron, once the pest management "bug" gets ahold of you, it's there to stay.
