Advanced Pain Management

I have been seen by this doctors office a few times. The first and second appointment was a basic consultation. Why the 2 consultations well because it was over 2 months before i heard anything about my referrals to physical therapy. You see the first appointment the office staff was suppose to send in for the authorizations they never followed through it wasnt until i finally called to file a complaint that they rescheduled an appointment i complained to the doctor and then they re-issued the referrals and of course they were approved. also on the first appointment i was to leave with a prescription. didnt happen i left empty handed and in pain until the next appointment. my latst appointment (number 3) I was given another prescription but the doctor failed to sign it so walgreens faxed them and here it is over a week later and still the dortor nor the doctors office has faxed it back. If you are looking for a waste of time and a lot of frustration this is your place. I have been seeing Dr. Mallavaram and he like his co-worker Dr Patel have no sense of humor and do not follow through with what they say. Be forewarned, You are NOT going to enjoy this office. What everyone is saying about the wait is true. the chairs are highly uncomfortable and worse of all, the front office staff are complete bit*hes... more

This is the worst doctor I have ever been to! They make you wait on average 45 min to an HOUR and don't tell you they are running late. Dr. Riddi Patel is the worst ""doctor"" ever. She treats you like you have no pain or if in my case I show her my x-rays she acts like its your falt. She has no personality and if you ask her a question don't expect an insiteful answer. Don't waste your time going to this doctor. If you mention your having more pain and ask her what to do her answer will be ""deal with it""! Thats no joke she actually says that! This office, and especially Dr. Riddi Patel, is horrid. She treats patients as if they are all deviant pedophile drug addicts, even though she's the one who chooses the treatment! My wife was brought to tears repeatedly when trying to get treatment for her back pain. I quit seeing this horrid person as soon as possible, but my wife was stuck until finding another doctor. Pros: None. Cons: Slow office. Terrible treatment. Patients don't matter. more

This is a fantastic doctor. YES you will wait sometimes cause alot of people want to be seen here. They helped me where others didn't. If you are lucky enough to be seen here, you've found a great doctor. BTW Dr Patel is a MAN. Pros: Convenient location, good doctor, parking Cons: busy office more
