From the time that Barbara took my phone call and answered my concerns and questions regarding lazer hair removal, to the completion of my appointment, she was extremely professional and her experience level in her role comforted me a great deal. The establishment was very clean and the staff's focus on Customer Service is incredible. This was my first time going in for lazer hair removal for my back and I will be returning for more treatments for sure. It is hard to find a place that has both the knowledge and confindence in thier work along with a very caring and personable staff like at Anvanced Laser and Skin Center. I started seeing the owner for electrology on my face 20 years ago when she was working at another location. Since then, she has advanced her skills with all of the latest equipment and treatments and has built up her business to the Advanced Laser and Skin Care Center. Her laser hair removal on my legs was ""life alternating"" for me and she has also worked on my face with fantastic photofacial treatments. The staff at Advanced Laser Center is not just looking to make $$ - they really want you to see results and be happy! Once I went in asking for an expensive treatment and Francine actually said that I would get better results from a less expensive one. She was right - I got great results and saved money. I've also been very pleased with the products that they've recommended. They are not pushy about selling the stuff and only made suggestions when I've asked about what to buy. A huge thumbs up from this satisfied customer!! Pros: convenient location, friendly staff, very clean Cons: none more
