Once again I want say thanks for the quality inspection. I really appreciate all the time you spent explaining to me every little detail. I was worried that I was not going to understand anything you explained to me. But you took the extra time to break everything down to me in a fashion I understood. I will for sure recommend you guys to anyone that I know that needs a house inspected. You were very professional and courteous. The inspector was thorough and prompt - he even took extra time to take more detailed pictures of the house for the overseas buyer. His report was easy to read and he was very helpful with other referrals (for a termite inspector/ contractor etc.). I'd definitely refer more clients to him more
