Terrible Service 8/24/2010

No A/C during 95 degree temps. They took 3 days to respond to initial call (and 2 follow up calls). They finally arrived on a Friday afternoon. Because of that, the part (condensor) couldn't be shipped until Monday w/ delivery in the middle of the week. Then when the condenser came in the following Wed at 8a (I checked the shipping tracking from the packing label on the box), they didn't call me til the next Monday (despite my 2 calls in the interim, as they told me it would be in on Wed.). more
