The first thing I noticed was the facility was clean and that the staff was friendly and eager to answer my questions. I have treatment for various problems with my back and neck. Some time ago I had a problem with a painful hip. Dr. Hebeisen's treatment was more successful than the ph ysical therapy I had had. more

I was experiencing severe spasms in my back due to repetitive motion injury. A combination of heat treatments, ultra sound, massage and adjustments has decreased my pain and ""gasping"" in just 4 sessions. I anticipate being back to normal in just a few more sessions. I've been seeing Dr Gregg since September of this year. After reading some of the negative reviews about him on here I'm SHOCKED. I also feel bad for him in the sense that he actually has to defend himself. I've seen countless chiropractor's and Dr.Gregg is the first to get me back on track with my many ailments. One primarily being fibromyalgia. Also since telling him I wanted to get back to natural healing alterternatives with as much information as I want.Listen,he's not pushy. You don't wanna know then say so and he won't push the issue. But sometimes the ""truth"" hurts? Sometimes it takes someone with some guts, that doesn't know us, to give it to us straight. Without all the sugar coating. Dr. Gregg has a family. He cares about people and their health. He's willing to try all natural avenues in his wisdom to see you become a healthier person inside and out. Notice I mentioned he has a family? Pay the man for his services AT THE LEAST. If you can't afford a treatment or supplement or WHATEVER .... be Honest and say it upfront. Don't rack up a bill and then play hide and seek.I believe he's just as honest in return and is willing to work it out upfront with no hidden agenda. Response to Erica D.\r \r Erica came to our clinic related to motor vehicle accident injuries. She waited 2 months to seek health care. According to Minnesota law, she has potential of getting 100% of related health care paid if certain criteria are followed. A major factor is communicating with the insurance co. and filling out their paperwork. Erica admits to not doing this.\r \r She was reminded when our office staff discovered this. The insurance adjuster who also was trying to help, told of un-returned phone calls. Erica then didn't return or communicate with our office.\r \r Usually a adult is ultimately responsible for their debts. After 2 months of sending statements, written reminders and unreturned phone calls, I asked for the progress on her account. There was none. I discovered she had written her address on the form's top without an apartment number but the emergency contact contained an apartment number. Mail was being sent to only the building address. We learned this was a good sized apartment with locked mailboxes behind a locked security entrance. We then wondered if Erica had ever received our letters. The mail box slot was approximately letter sized so it was considered to leave a 9 x 12 inch sealed envelope by the mail boxes. But this would be out in the open. The sealed envelope was left at the base of her door. It had only her's and the clinic's name and address on the outside. The door's outter sealing prevented it from being slid undernealth the door. \r The clinic has been advised by the Minnesota Attorney General's office, Commerce Department and a attorney delievering a sealed envelope is not against the law. \r \r In response to Erica's other allegations, she didn't mention dying family members when in contact with our office. It is often pain which causes people to seek doctors. A true healing process is often also not without some discomfort. Efforts are made to relieve this. Stretches and home care advise was given. I invited Erica to bring in her hula hoops. We went outside to the clinic's lawn to discover it's effect on back pain. \r \r As a 30 year chiropractor, I have helped thousands of people. Amy schmeling was professional, kind, and knew what she was doing. \r This review is't about her what so ever, it's about ""Dr."" Gregg Hebeisen. \r \r I went a few times a week, over the course of about a month. (That might not be exact as I don't have the exact dates directly in front of me.)\r Anyway, the treatments were painful, excluding the massages, if I told Amy It hurt, she would try to make it so t didn't hurt. \r \r The reason for these hurting might very we'll be because of the condition of my back, but I am not sure, I'm mentioning this because when I said the treatments hurt, nothing was done by Gregg Hebeisen, he continues the treatments. \r \r I haven't contacted my insurance company, nor have I filled out the paper work and sent it in so that they get the almost 2,500 dollars I owe them, that's my fault. Here's what's his fault... \r Today, he illegally showed up on my doorstep, called me three different times with the buzzer at the front door of my apartment complex and left me three voicemails. \r He was let in by someone, and left an envelope with contracts I had signed, a letter from his concerge (Amy, who is always kind and professional) and more copies of paperwork with my husbands and my information on it, in front of my apartment door. \r The voicemails left were claiming i hadn't put my apartment number on the paperwork, but yet the paperwork he dropped off at my front door that was obvious a copy of paper work I had filled out with my handwriting, had my full address, I hadn't left out anything. \r He had also asked me to come grab the paperwork from him in one of the voicemails and said that if I didn't that the bill would be entirely on me. \r \r First off, you psychotic money hungry man, \r It is ILLEGAL to come to a patients home demanding money, or action so you can get money. \r I will be making a police report of this. \r I will also be reporting you to the better business bureau. \r \r YOU HAVE NO BUSINESS COMING TO MY HOUSE AND LEAVING MY PERSONAL INFORMATION OUT FOR ANYONE TO SEE OR TAKE!!!!! \r \r I hope you're happy with yourself ""Dr."" Gregg Hebeisen. When you first go to Advance Health, their methods seem a bit unconventional. The first time I went I felt overwhelmed by knowledge and information. I decided to go back for a second time and I'm so glad I did. They really do know what they are talking about, which comes from years of experience. I'm an athlete and I have been injured for over a year. I have tried everything from rest, to physical therapy, to numerous ""second"" opinions. After going there for a month-I was almost back to normal. Dr. Gregg really does know what is doing and truly gives you his time and attention. I remember Angela?s office visit very well. She chose us from a Noran Neurological Clinic referral list. Two office visits went fine. We were staying later than usual for Angela, as she was coming from work. A new person was being trained in. The 13 year experienced staff was not there. I had a sore neck that would not go away for a couple weeks, and after a handful of treatments my pain became astronomically worse; Last treatment included a very rapid twisting of my neck. And now I was wearing a neck brace sometime and suffering greatly. I went to see another non chiro for treatment to resolve my new issue. We resolved my issue. Subsequently, I found out that my x-rays were never transferred to my 2nd medical facility and did vanish. I allege that this Chiropracter (in an etempted to steal from me and my insurance company) injured my neck further and subsequently lost my x-rays to cover up what he did. more

So I went in and they are so disorganized, they didnt know what was going on. Really? And then the Dr. Greg was ok with me waiting an hour and a half after my apointment was scheduled for my apointment to begin. I politly offered to reschedule and he got extreamly offended. He acktually said he has had people wait an hour after there scheduled apointment to see him. Yeah, not gonna happen! more

I've been Dr. Gregg for a quite a few years. He has helped my back/neck issues to the point there is no pain. He has also seen me for accidents and workmans comp claims. My injuries were healed much faster than conventional medicine. He has seen me the day of an injury no matter how busy he was. I don't like taking synthetic drugs so alternative medicines(vitamins/minerals, etc) and chiropractic have improved my overall health. I've seen other chiropracters that have had lesser charges, but what they did to fix the issue were not the quality of Dr. Gregg's. In fact, I saw one more frequently, and my pain didn't go away, or other issues were not addressed as adjustments were made. Gregg does much more and he looks at your whole body because fixing one area can affect another area. He also suggests exercises to help you keep your body straight. Once all areas are in ""tune"" you feel wonderful. The massages are also wonderful here. Politicians need to keep/improve chiropractic care in health insurance policies. Thanks Advacned Health! more

Best Chiropractor for low back pain. When I injured my back, Dr. Greg put me back together again. He charges more than most other chiropractors BUT he also does so much more than others. He goes above and beyond to heal not only the pain, but the CAUSE of the pain. No one has ever done that for me for previous injuries to the same area. I am happy to have found a chiropractor that treats the cause as well as the symptoms. I am now symptom free and I hope to never repeat this injury in the future because of his great care. This clinic charges more than DOUBLE and sometimes almost TRIPLE the fees of other chiropractors for the same treatments. The doctor was rude, and yelled at me when I questioned the fees. Suffering injuries from a Motor Vehicle Accident, I went to MD?s/PT?s for 1 year without relief. Thank God for Advanced Health PA. Dr Hebeisen was a good listener, thorough and innovative.
