While the completed project was good and those who worked in my home did a good job, the woman I had to deal with in the office was just awful. I found it disgraceful the level of poor service for the amount I spent. How do people treat customers this way during a recession?? After they came to measure my counter tops I asked when they would come for the install as we were hiring someone else to do the counter top removal and plumbing. I was told I'd get a call the next day. 2 days later and still no call so I called them. I was told I'd get a call back later that day. Late the NEXT day I finally got a call (4 days later) to say they'd be there first thing in the morning the day after labor day. Needless to say we had to push this back as our contractor could not come in last minute over the holiday weekend. They then re-scheduled for a week later, tried again to push it back after our counter tops and sink had just been removed, then agreed to come at the time they said they would. As I sat waiting 45 minutes past the time they were supposed to be there (first thing in the morning mind you!) I came to realize they'd gone ahead and did the job they had planned to do when they tried to push mine back, deciding to leave me waiting and hanging. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told I'd get a call back from one - which never happened. Ever. I waited days after the job was completed and still no call. When they called for the 3rd time to get my card number for the rest of my money, I told them I was not avoiding paying, I was just waiting to hear from a manager - I reminded the same woman of why - the same one I'd been dealing with this whole time - and she didn't so much as apologize. Nothing. I guess they don't care about money, recommendations, the fact that we may want granite again at some point in our lives. Just awful service. I'd rather pay more than use these people ever again.
