If you have a foot problem and/or need orthotics, this is NOT the person to go to. After 14 months of visits and refittings, I still don't have comfortable orthotics. What's even worse is that he started from one of my old pairs...he didn't have to start from scratch! Then, to top it off, he claimed that I owed him for my orthotics...which still are not finished...and then submitted that claim to a collections agency! Beware!
