Not only does he do a good job, he also gets here within 24 hours if I have a problem. When it comes to carpets, that is very important. You don't want anything to sink in or ruin the carpets further. more

I like that Advanced Carpet Cleaning can usually make an appointment promptly, within the next day or so. The person who arrives has been the same guy for the last 3 or so years, so we have a sense of sort of knowing him. He is quick and thorough, and he does the stairs. If I show him a problem area, he will work harder with stronger solutions. I don't have any complaints! more

Delivery and pick up services were good and on time 8/5/2013

We've been a customer of Advanced Carpet Cleaning for about two years. We've had the carpet cleaned four times. There were many stains before because of our animals. There's not many stains left on the carpet. They did pretty good. Delivery and pick up services were good and on time. It's a very heavy carpet. If somebody asked, we'd tell them about Advanced Carpet Cleaning. more

Advanced Carpet Cleaning is great- I have been using them for years. They are really trustworthy, and I usually leave the key while they clean the house so I am not even home. They come on time and leave the house spotless. I like the fact they are a family run, reliable business and a good company. more

Great carpet installation and cleaning 6/4/2013

I have used Advanced Carpet Cleaning several times. They have changed a couple of carpets in three of my bedrooms and have cleaned my area rugs. Their service and timing are just great. They will tell you about how long it will take and it's in their time frame. I never have to wait long for a cleaning or installation and they offer great samples for the carpets. Overall, I felt they had good customer service and the quality of their rugs was great too. more

Friendly workers, work was not the best. 4/30/2013

He came in, did the job fast, and was very nice. The work was not that great though. I had a cat that had been sick, and pointed out specific areas I wanted him to clean. I noticed about a month later that those areas had yellowed. I have had my carpets cleaned before and that has never happened. RESPONSE FROM Advanced Carpet Cleaning: Mrs. Harvey is a repeat customer. Several years have passed since we were there and cat urine oxidized the carpet fibers turning them yellow. She was advised that while the soil could be removed, there might be stains under the soil that would remain because they are permanent. more

I had the carpet done and then later I had some upholstery done. After they did the carpet I asked them if they could wait, and they did. They didn't charge me any extra, they just said whatever time you want it done call us up and let us know. They were very nice about waiting the extra time. more

We've used Advanced for a few years, they're a good company. They show up on time, I think their rates are within reason, and they do a very good job. They know their business. They come in and get the job done. With us they've been able to say we've got around this many years left before your carpet needs to be replaced. We always have the same gentleman come out, he's not obtrusive and hard working. more

I have used Advanced Carpet two times. I thought they were very friendly. They were on time, when they said they would be here at a certain time they were. They were professional, clean, and worked efficiently. I love the work they did, the carpets look great and dried well. I've used bigger more well known companies that haven't been as good. more

Stains are tough, but I assume they did the best they can do. Advanced Carpet Cleaning came on time. It was very easy to get an appointment with them. They were very professional, and they told me what they were doing and how long it would take. When they were done, they told me what they could get out of the carpet and what to expect overall. It was a great experience. They were very nice, kind, and trustworthy, so I was comfortable having them in my home. more

Advanced Carpet Cleaning just did great. My brother has been using them because he owns some properties and apartments and has done work with them for years now. Advanced Carpet Cleaning did my house for me, and it's been great. They have great customer service, and Dave works with your schedule and is easygoing. Everything's great. The quality of the work stands up to comparison to other companies too. My brother tried a different service once, and the quality just wasn't as good. more

I have been using them for several years. They are always very timely and do a great job. They pay close attention to any issues that are tough to get out. They are very careful with everything in our house which not all companies do. He is very accommodating and observant and I will continue using him. more

Best job we've had!! 12/27/2011

Advanced Carpet Cleaning cleaned our showroom for our store and it was a really good job. The best job we've had! I got their cards and we have recommended them. I wanted someone close by in Pasadena. I was unhappy with those I had dealt with previously. The owner of Advanced Carpet Cleaning and his son came in the store and I was impressed! Bob Young more
