I had a terrible experience at this dental practice. I am in my 60's and had a loose bridge and got an appointment. All they talked about was comprehensive care. I can understand that and I would have been happy to go back for x-rays etc. another time. That day I was just so concerned about this bridge falling out. The male dentist was extremely rude and his assistant was even worse. He told me he could do nothing for me that day. And the assistant kept telling me over and over again to calm down. I was calm, I was speechless! I had to walk out in tears and with my bridge still loose. This reminds me of ""it's all about the money"". It seems if you don't have a lot of money they won't bother you, and I have insurance. Please beware!! more

Great Service 5/18/2012

My 90 year old mother made an appointment for a cleaning, but first had to have an exam. She had a very short wait before she was taken back for her appointment.. During the exam, they found a couple of cavities and Dr. Nguyen (who was excellent) was able to fill them during the same appointment. She was able to schedule a cleaning the following week. The staff was great and the office is new and clean. I would highly recommend them. Pros: null Cons: null more

Very Good dentist! 9/18/2005

We are clients at Ideal Dental and we all like it! The dentist is great with the kids! I was able to go back with the children until we all felt comfortable... now the kids kiss me goodbye and run to climb up in the dentist chair. The longest we've waited in the reception area is about 15 minutes.. At our previous dentist we had waited sometimes three hours before our name was called! I decided it was time to look else-where! The office staff is very friendly and knows us by name. There's lots of joking and laughing too, which helps the patients relax and enjoy their visit. PROS: neat, clean, newer office. Friendly staff, patient doctors!! CONS: more
