Best Dentist I've Ever Had 8/4/2010

I was hesitent about a new dentist when we got to Ft. Riley, Kansas till I found Dr. Errol and his staff at Advanced Dental Arts. From the moment I caled the staff was very nice. I had to have 2 crowns done by them and I can't tell you how well Dr. Errol did. Camela was my dental hygenist and is amazing is well. They made me feel like they knew me one on one. I recommend to anyone! I've since moved and havne't found a dentist that is as good or the staff is as accomadating as that of Advanced Dental Arts. more

WONDERFUL CLINIC!!!! 6/12/2010

I have been going to Dr. Ellen for a little over a year. I have gotten several procedures/cleanings done and they have been SO trusting, accomidating and patient with any discomfort a dentist office may bring. As an added bonus, Dr. Ellen has a wonderful asst (Patty) that will make you feel equally comfortable and is also amazing!! Whole staff is very friendly and great!! They're costs are VERY comparable to other Manhattan clinics and will do whatever they can to help you afford the services you need! They also offer the CareCredit CC which was very nice!! I have recommended my whole family and several friends to this clinic! They too love Ellen and her staff! :) Currently I live about 4 hours away and have (so far) driven back twice to go to get dental work done here. Well worth it! Never thought I'd look forward to going to the dentist! A++++++! Pros: Excellent Customer Service, VERY gentle, patient, caring Cons: Honestly dont have a single one! more

If you want a place that only worries about finances go here 9/4/2009

I have been an insurance biller most of my working life never have I ever been to a place that asks over phone what your credit card number is so they can keep in computer before your visits are scheduled! Seems kind of crazy to me. I stated I would pay after every visit that day and still want the number and what card I will be using! Also schedule me to have a procedure broken in two visits and another on the third when I got a second opionion the next Dr states they can do all in same day! Seems pretty greedy to me to have to charge more office visits and get payment up front! Not to happy would never recommend wait until you hear finance speach! more
