Excellent Service 4/16/2010

I took my computer in not knowing there service but thought I would give them a shot. The second I walked in with my computer I was helped right away. I was helped by a one of there technicians which I think is spelled Elio. He is very informative and helpful with every question that I had. Received computer couple of days later and the computer was running better than ever. I would recommend them to everyone. Best service I have ever had. more

Not Always There 3/6/2006

Even the manager told me that some times no one is in the shop because they make house calls. That is a bummer if you come by to drop off a computer and there is a close sign and the business is suppose to be open. That happened to me once and another time I called beforehand. No one was there each time. I would not run my business that way. The manager appears to know computers but didn't answer my question straight. More like answering without answering, which is not a clear yes or no. For example: Customer: Will this Internet board work in my computer? Manager: It works in most computers. more

The hours suck 8/19/2005

The hours are pretty much horrible, but their computer techs are pretty knowledgeable. If you ahve a problem with your computer, they will fix it, but it will cost you a pretty penny. I suggest googling your problem or finding a cheaper alternative then Advanced Computer Service; however, they are pretty friendly and a close drive. more

Small Time Company- Small Time Service 7/22/2005

This is a small time company and they provide small time service. I went to drop off my computer for service and arived at 8:40 am. Nobody was there, the door was still locked even though the sign said that they open at 8:30 AM and I had called the day before and said I would be in when they opened. They weren't helpful in person, although they seemed to be over the phone. My computer did get fixed and still works and the price was reasonable. When your computer is broken and you need service right away, I suggest going to a bigger company, like a Best Buy. more
