Gary and his son came out to the Fremont American Little League Park to clean our rug in our conference room. I would suspect that this rug hadn't been cleaned for over 10 years and when Gary was done cleaning this rug looked awesome! I also had Gary come to my home and clean our rugs. Advanced Cleaning Systems is a great company and Gary and son are very friendly and their prices are extremely fair. more

I'm so glad I called Gary & his son. In one week I had my rugs picked up, cleaned and returned back to my home looking brand new - or better? :). One of the easiest and smooth transactions I've done lately. Quality and customer service rate 5*. Highly recommend this company! more

I hired this company to clean my carpets yesteday. They were prompt and friendly. They got stains out of my carpets that the "other" carpet cleaner could never get out. My house smells great too! I will use them again for sure! more

I can't recommend ACS high enough! The guys are so friendly and hard workers! We have 3 cats and 1 large dog but after our carpets are cleaned you'd never know! Always a great job! more

ACS has been great 8/25/2015

I have to say I have used several carpet cleaners over the past year and by far ACS has been great. Friendly, prompt and carpet comes out great all the time. I have light carpets with heavy traffic and every time they finish it looks great. I strongly recommend them and I will only call them from now on. more

They genuinely seemed determined to make it like new. 8/17/2015

I have used ACS several times in the past, as I have a 15 year old dog who is barely mobile and is always laying down somewhere. Gary and Sam have always been on time and very fair with pricing without pressuring me with costly upsells. I recently called for them to come as I am hosting a Mother's Day brunch and want everything including my carpet perfect. They were not only able to squeeze me in on short notice, they offered me a deal on deep cleaning instead of the normal touch up. I couldn't be happier. They genuinely seemed determined to make it like new. They did not disappoint. Do your carpet a solid, hire these guys. You will not be sorry :) more

Top notch 8/2/2015

I have used Advanced Cleaning Systems twice now. Most recently, my dog had severe digestive issues on my living room carpet over the past two days. I called Gary and he immediately squeezed me in. The carpet looks new again. They are on time, great customer service and a really fair price. I highly reccomend them. Top notch. more

Fantastic Customer Service. I can requested a quote and Gary called me back right away. He gave me several options and he was able to get me in within a day or two. Before my appt, they called to say they were on their way. They were on time and courteous. The results were wonderful and I was quite pleased with how the cleaning came out. I will definitely use them again and would recommend any of my friends to them. This is one example of a small family business doing it right and proudly providing good customer service at the same time. Their prices are also very reasonable. more

Gary and Sam did a great job on our carpets, soft and a chair. I was impressed with how they kept in contact, their punctuality, and heavy duty machinery. We have our own Hoover carpet shampooer, but the effects never last that long. Old stains reappear in a couple of weeks. It has been 3-4 weeks since Advanced Cleaning was here and the carpets and furniture still look great. Gary emphasized that we should call them if any old stains pop up. If so, I will call them. So far, so good. more

Excellent Services 4/29/2015

Gary and Sam just left my house and I am so incredibly pleased. I took advantage of an Amazon's Local Deals coupon and I couldn't be happier. Although I didn't need my rooms done I do have several area rugs, a staircase and hallway that was badly in need of a cleaning after moving into a new home with white carpets that attracted lots of visitors during a couple of open houses. I have every intention of calling them back annually for a their excellent services and telling all my friends about them! Thanks so much guys! more

I really recommend them highly, highly!!! 4/14/2015

Gary and Sam, father and son, did an outstanding cleaning job on our carpets! We had them do their "deep cleaning" method with their heavy duty machine because our carpets had not been cleaned for 5 years (since they were installed). They had quite a number of spots that I had tried to clean with spot removers (only to have the spots resurface). My husband did individual areas with our Hoover Carpet Cleaner over the years but I did not realize how dingy they had gradually gotten. The deep clean procedure made the carpet look like new. Gary and Sam are really, really knowledgeable and explained a lot to me about carpets and carpet care. We found their company through the professional institute of carpet cleaners and they had great reviews on Yelp. I really recommend them highly, highly!!! more
