This shop is exception and has been wonderful to my daughter. She's young and could be tricked into paying for expensive repairs; however, she's been taken great care of by this company. My father is a master mechanic, so Iam educated on how to determine if we're being taken advantage of my auto shops. I'm trust them completely. more

I am dissapointed that someone said this about AAE! In the shops defense they are honest and fix things that need to be fixed. If your sister left their shop and got a ticket then she could come back on the shop and say it was their fault. Second did she ask for an estimate and state what to fix and not to fix anything else? Did she say something to them about she did not ask for that to be fixed? If she did not they would have taken that off the bill or not fixed it! Also if you go to the doctor for a rash and the doctor sees a large lump on your back that could be cancer would you want him to deal with it or just ignore it? \r \r Third the owner of the shop is a Firefighter he is not out to hurt people but HELP people. He looks out for the best interest of his customers! \r \r Also knowing most women and cars they probably did break it down and tell them what was wrong and point it out! I think BR and TB reviewed the wrong "Jerry's" It's confusing because there are 2 Jerry's within 1 mile of each other. This Jerry's I don't think does body work. They just do regular car problems and they way overcharge and look for things to be wrong with your cars. They screw with women very bad if they think they can get money out of you. For example, they charged my sister 30 dollars for one bulb to be fixed in her car. They didn't even ask, they just did it. The same thing happened with me. They tried to tell me I had a tear in... something, but they conveiniently couldn't show me. However, they had already failed my inspection. So I went and fixed it myself to get it passed. They actually used this line..." Your Grandpa would never forgive me if I didn't fix it..." Nice. more

The work they did to my car was the rear panel and axel. After, they completed the work I couldn't tell that anything had ever happened to my car. I was even given a free rental to drive while mine was in the shop. Great service and a job well done. more

They are good at repairng and makign your paint match. But threw my experiance with them they do not do the best with hood latches and doors that need body work. My hood is really hard to shut after having them repair the front of my jeep. One side where they replaced doesn't quite latch without a good amount of force. more
