This company is fantastic. They come the day you call. It just happened, this guy was in the neighborhood and came in 15 minutes. He did not have to replace a part. Really, he just hit the top of the washer and that worked. He expalined why it was broken and why hitting the machine-sometimes works. He also explained what type of washer he would reccommed and why. He repairs major appliances and has been in the repair business for 18 years. more
