I had really bad spider veins, and decided to do sclerotherapy. I started seeing the difference just one week after, with only one treatment. It has now been a month and the results just keep improving! The treatment itself was easy, there was little to no discomfort after the procedure. more

After researching for months, and reading reviews, etc, I chose to finally set up a consultation with Dr. Taerri. My experience with him at our consultation was very good. He is welcoming and attentive, I asked thousands of questions, and he did not get annoyed he was very informative. He gave me 45 minutes of his time without charging me!\r So the day of the surgery I was still a little nervous, but he gave me enough time and also medications to totally relax me. I’m usually sensitive to pain, but I barely felt a thing. He checked on me constantly to make sure I was comfortable. After the surgery was done, they put absorbent pads on my incisions and also put on my garment. I stayed about one hour in the recovery room before I went home. I slept the entire night at home.\r The next day they called to check up on me, and I spoke with Dr. Taerri personally to ask any questions. The following day I was feeling like myself again, took a shower, and was able to drive to the park. The drainage stopped that night. I went to the post lipo treatments a few days after, and the treatments definitely helped to comfort any swollen areas. After about one week the swelling went down. The only pain medication I needed was Tylenol for the first few days. I was lifting weights again one week after, just my belly was still a bit sore for a month. \r The results are great and natural which continue to improve with time. I’m super happy about with my surgery, and I will definitely recommend his work! more

I researched extensively in Florida and Georgia for the right doctor to perform tumescent liposuction and fortunately found Dr.Matteo Taerri. He performed the lipo and fat transfer in his office under local anesthesia. Everything went perfectly and I am thrilled with the results after only 1 week. I have my waist back and a slim figure like I used to have. I strongly reccommend Dr. Taerri for cosmetic procedures as well as Botox, too. more

I did my Liposuction and butt augmentation with Dr. Taerri. I am very happy with my cosmetic result and I was treated professionally at all times. As a long-term patient I know his practice well. Dr. Matteo Taerri is concerned about the results and emotional status of all his patients. His patient satisfaction, which is monitored and tracked, is among the highest. Not only am I a long-term patient, I have experienced virtually every procedure they do at Advanced Anti-Aging and Aesthetic Medicine. If anyone would have gotten an opportunity to see what goes on, it would have been me in my more than 25 visits. I had the opportunity to talk to tons of his liposuction patients who were getting post-lipo treatments like me. The 2 prior city search reviews ""appear"" to reflect a single ""unhappy patient"" who claims she or he is not out to "" ruin someone's reputation"" and both describe Dr Taerri as a "" good guy” just before they then proceed with an obvious hack job of him. These hack jobs usually include a few valid facts that may ""appear ""true to the reader and they do this to try and confuse the consumer into believing the whole thing most be true. This type of writing style is used by trained hackers and saboteurs who always start with a compliment and follow it with a ""BUT"" that negates anything good that was ever said previously. Usually they are paid ""bashers "" trying to manipulate consumers or even stock holders in a not so subtle way. Anyone who knows anything about the cosmetic medicine business knows this industry is ripe with jealousy and fierce competition among offices. Sadly, rather than developing a customer base through good results, many practices have to stoop to a level of tearing down those who are doing well, in hopes of stealing their business by terrorizing consumers. There really needs better laws to protect consumers from this. I have witnessed during the last 4 years of his work in ATL how Dr. Taerri's practice has flourished just by his outstanding results and his professionalism. To me that is why these prior posts sound like, a simple ""hack job,"" as I know Dr. Taerri's office very well and these posts do not even remotely ring true. However, in the worst case scenario, if this is a confused patient, I have to say I feel very bad for her or his sadness. I would want her/him to know I have 100 percent faith there would be no way Dr. Taerri would not reach out to help and resolve their cosmetic issues. She or he need to let their identity be known to him and come get help. Believe me, there are some arrogant physicians who do nothing to help patients when there is problem, so a doctor that makes an effort to really help should be welcome. So far this has not happened, so it makes the validity of these posts a real issue. Dr. Taerri cares about all his patients deeply and his office is dedicated to the highest patient satisfaction that is to a level not even seen at other practices. I wish people would simply be concerned with doing a good job rather than trying to assassinate their opponents unfairly because this just makes it harder for consumers to get great healthcare. I was a patient at Dr. Taerri office and unfortunately I wish I hadn't gone. Don't get me wrong he is indeed a good guy but a doctor NO!!! I can start with the first phone call....the receptionist barely speaks english and wasn't even sure how to direct me to the office. He told me he would text me the address.....When I arrived for my consultation no one was there but the doctor and he talked a good game. The price was cheap and when you think of Buckhead you think of quality. I really didn't have much fat but I did want him to remove the fat and inject it in my buttocks. Ok day of surgery....I get there he is preforming surgery on someone else and tells me to go to the mall and walk around and come back in three hours!!! He then gave me some meds and toldme to take them 30 mins before i come back so I did. He said that they were to relax me for the surgery. When I arrive BACK at the office he gave me more meds and that's all I remember. I was told that I would me awoke during the surgery. From this point I can only go off of what my husband told me. He states that when he came to get me I couldn't speak, stand, or walk. The doctor had him roll me out in a office chair to the garage of the building. Since I was still not responding he became more and more nervous and called mt aunt who is a nurse. She states that my vital signs were low and Dr. Taerri was willing to let me leave. She explained to him that if I leave there I would be going straight to the ER and her lawyer would be contacting him. I can't remember what he did but I know he did something because I woke up the next day at home. When I went in the car there was syringes everywhere!!! On to my results......My skin is loose and wrinkled on my stomach like a elderly person! I have a congo line of scars up and down my back! AND he took fat from the back of my thighs WITHOUT PERMISSION..we did not talk about removing fat from there and becuase he injected fat in my butt the fat slide down and now I have banana rolls that can be seen with my clothes on!!! It's awful and I am terrified to go to another doctor...... After my complaints of the banana rolls he tells me that I am swollen and it will go down it' been a year and they are still there. Also he tells me to go in the gym and they will go down I never had this problem before this surgery. I went through painful injections because he claimed that it will help!! NOTHING IS HELPING!!! The only reason I am writing a review is because I got a call and text from the doctor pleading with me to remove me review and I didn't know what he was talking about..but after reading Whatdaheck I realized he thought I wrote that since our stories are so similar!!! Please beware of this doctor I am lumpy and very unhappy with the way that I look. Please take me review to heart! Also I noticed that the other reviews came from the doctor's office because those are the same pictures you see when you go there. A year later and my butt is the same size it was before the surgery. The pictures he shows are of patients days after the surgery where your still swollen and you haven't lose any fat..trust me I am still flat and now with banana rolls!!! He is nice but this is your body and you want to be proud of it. Please don't make the mistake that I did. I was anxious and didn't do my homework!! more

I have never written a review before and I have no ill wishes for anyone or ruin someone's reputation, but I saw the groupon deal for this doctor and I had to say something about it. Let's face it, we're not reviewing a restaurant, we're talking about a doctor, a doctor who could really affect your life physically, mentally and emotionally. And this one did just that, only not the way I expected it to. I had a liposuction procedure done by Dr. Matteo Taerri. And I'm not gonna lie, he really is a good person and cares for his patiences but he is definitely not a good doctor and not fit to perform any cosmetic procedures. I understand a lot of dermatologists perform liposuction among other things but take it from me. After what i went through with this doctor I really think that surgeries should be done by a surgeon who specializes in these types of surgeries. Yeah, it's cheap, that's why I fell for it too. People think that liposuction isn't considered a major operation these days but it really is and can be very dangerous. It's been almost a year and my abs and sides are still lumpy and looks like I have two waists. I'd gone through dozens of post lipo sessions and painful shots but nothing helps. His explanintion? Everyone has different results, I didn't have a lot of fat to get rid of in the first place that's why my skin appears to be loose, it takes longer time to see the result, etc.. Not to mention I have about 20 scars where he made, what I think is just random incisions. It almost looks like he just stabbed me here and there to stick the suction tubes in. now I'm seeing another actual plastic surgeon to correct the problem, more money, time and pain. The new doctor was astonished by how many visibly large scars after what was supposed to be a 'simple' procedure. Who has this many scars after a lipo these days??? This is a dermatologist from FL, not a world renowned plastic surgeon like he advertises. Save your money, time, pain and hassle and find a legit doctor with good reputation, and get it right the first time. And yes atl1999, the comments were written by his staff, which is basically the doctor himself, a male receptionist who barely speaks English, and a woman who does post ops care. Good luck to everyone and hope this saves some women from the agony and trouble I went through. more

I also have not visited this doctor but find it interesting that two of the 5 star reviews are from a) Matteo6768 and the Dr's first name is Matteo, and b) from Vazquez which is the same person who uploaded the photos for the site. I was going to buy the groupon, but have reconsidered as I sincerely doubt all of the reviews at this point. For those of you who did buy it, please post real reviews for future use. more

I'm just going to say that I've never visited this Dr. But I saw a Groupon being offered today and wanted to ""check out"" what others had to say on this site and Yelp. I'm left with the strong feeling that the Good Dr. has had people he knows write reviews to make his practice look good. 1.)2 of the reviews at this site are Identical, but from different user accounts. 2.) 2 of the reviews (not the same ones as #1) are identical on Yelp 3.) The grammar on 1 of the reviews is HORRIBLE, ie....like Craigslist scammer horrible (people who don't speak english as a 2nd or even a 34d language). more

I went to Dr. Matteo for my very first Botox and Juvederm injections. I was extremely nervous because I did not want to walk out looking like Joan Rivers. Dr. Matteo spent a lot of time making me feel comfortable and was very informative about my injections. He used just the right amount, so I look younger and refreshed. I am definately going back; he does so many procedures. And, he prefers the local anesthesia rather than the general, so that there is a lesser risk. Great visit! more

I came in earlier today for my very first round of Botox & considering filler for laugh lines. I was not at all nervous, but Dr. Matteo's staff was friendly warm & welcoming!! Dr. Matteo was friendly, patient & helpful. I decided to go ahead with the filler today. Dr. Matteo suggested Radiesse, because I had some pretty deep lines. It was relatively pain-free(but I do have a high pain tolerance level). I was amazed with the results as I sat in the chair & they have only improved as the day has progressed. I am excited about my new line-free face and will definitely be back to see Dr. Matteo & his awesome staff!!! Thanks to everyone & I'll be back!! more

I went to see Dr Taerri after contemplating botox for a long time. I've been wanting to improve the crow's feet/wrinkles around my eyes and after waiting a long time to make the decision, I am so glad I chose Dr Taerri!\r \r He was very personable, and made me feel confident in my decision. We were on the same page about creating a younger look without looking fake or like one of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills! I have been coming to this medspa sinece last Nov. I starded with laser hair removal of one area & I had a painless & effactive result. I realy liked the personel. They seemed very honost and professional. since this was a painless treatment, on the country to other laser I used in the pass, I recommended this clinic to my frinds. Their feed back have been also the same. Some of them got lipo, botox, fractional skin resurface and skin tighting they were very happy from the results.. more

I had a great care in this medspa. All my procedures (Botox, filler, laser, and lipo) were done by physicians who are very likable and skilled. The fees were great for the quality of work I received. The laser tightening and hair removal was painless and effective. Dr. Taerri gave me a 45 minutes free lipo consultation during which I was well educated by his videos, and his talk about my lipo and fat transfer procedures. It was very easy to talk to him. He speaks several languages. The day of lipo I had a breakfast and left the office 1 hour after procedure since all was done under local anesthesia and oral sedation. I did not have any pain, which I had last time I did it at another known medspa. The result was excellent. He used a 6 session post-Lipo protocol that help me tremendously to recover faster this time and smoothed up my result. I was at work next day and had no recovery time. I ran second day and worked out following week. My lip injection was exceptional (I had with two other doctors before), he took his time, and I think he is a perfectionist. more

I started seeing Dr. Taerri for my Botox and was very happy with the results. Being in his office I was able to see first hand his Liposculpture and Fat Transfer patients. When I asked to see examples of before and after photos of his work, I was completely convinced I was in great hands. I am only two weeks out from Liposuction of my inner thighs and belly, hips and arms and I can't believe this is my body! I had also been thinking and looking for months and months to find a doctor who was capable of performing this Brazillian Butt augmentation and I'm so glad I was able to find him!
