Worst

Had a new system Installed the heat hasn't worked from Day one had several service calls on it. The Blower Motor has been replaced three times . AC doesn't cool Home On hot days....

Home AC unit not cooling 4/21/2014

Called Advance Air this morning due to AC not cooling. Service tech Lannis J arrived on time later the same afternoon and quickly discovered the problem. Explained what he was doing during the repair process. Unit now cooling properly. Would not hesitate to call Advanced Air in the future. Thank you. more

Good honest service 12/16/2013

Advanced Air & Refrigeration replaced our entire A/C system 7 years ago. Yesterday we noticed a problem with our air conditioning not working and perhaps a problem thermostat. Yuset was the technician who was sent out. He was very professional and checked everything out. He explained that our thermostat was faulty and was blowing the fuse. We indeed did need a new thermostat. He fully explained our options and demonstrated the different models. We ended up purchasing a maintenance contract and a replacement thermostat thanks to his thorough explanations. We were very pleased with Yuset's service. more

my advanced air experience 9/26/2013

I had another great experience today with advanced air & refrigeration.it started in 2012 when I came down to my home in ft myers & found the air conditioning had quit sometime previously.I called 3 companies to look at my system.advanced was the third & the most professional.from the first tech to the sales person to the installer.all in all, a very pleasant experience.I came down today for the first time in 6 months & found my a/c was once again out.I called advanced, they had a tech out within an hour.again, their technician was very professional & courteous.he identified the problem immediately & repaired my system.since he was already here, he also completed my 6 month maintenance/service.sebastian was a pleasure to deal with, he turned a problem into a pleasant solution.I always tell people about my experiences with advanced & once again they proved they strive to satisfy their customers on a continuing basis. more

Air Conditioning Service 6/7/2013

Anthony L. has provided the last six to eight maintenance service calls for my air conditioning system. He has conducted each and everyone because I ask for him specifically. If he is not available I will reschedule just so I can have his expertise. Anthony is professional, knowledgable and courteous in every regard. And most of all, he is not in my home to sell me something I do not need. He provides the services I need and provides me with the peace of mind that one needs in their air conditioning system in southwest Florida. Thanks Anthony! more
