Advanced Auto Parts 12/1/2008

This store is awesome! They always seem to have the right part, and if they don't they always seem to get it!! Once when they didn't have the part I needed absolutely that day, (because my car was in the garage) they even recommended a shop across town that I forgot about in order to help me out!!! It shows they are not greedy and only out to make a buck, but truly interested in my needs as a customer! They even offer to go out in the dead of winter and replace my windshield wiper blades! Now that's service! more

Staff seems very educated about the products they sell. People seem eager to help. Very nice phone support as well. Nice use of loaner tools when you are in a pinch. more

Car Parts 11/13/2008

They usually have what I need and their pricing is very good. If they don't have it in their store, they can usually get it from another store within a day or two. If I can wait on the part, that is what I do. If not I will go to another parts store. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. more
