This company does not care about anything but money. They often dont even have the supplies to stock the ambulance properly to state specs. When they do have the supplies the equipment doesnt work (cardiac monitors or the ambulance itself). If, by chance, they do have everything working they have employees that dont give a HOOT what happens. As someone who has inside knowledge about the company I know that they have employees that are under the influence and that management KNOWS ABOUT IT. I also know that they have employees (medicar drivers) that have charged their customers MORE than what the ride should have costed and pocketed the money. When the customer called in NOTHING WAS DONE ABOUT THE EMPLOYEE IN QUESTION!!! Cons: EVERYTHING more

I just want to say that Advance Ambulance and the crew were very professional and caring when I had to go to the hospital. The crew was really nice. they new what they were doing.
