I don't know who Jen is/was but I was there ALS & it was the worst run ambulance company in Chicago! Everytime there was an issue involving the lack of supplies/equipment the management (Gall-Wittik etc) gave us all the run around. Always late on runs (not our fault,dispatch) field personnel who were idiots who shouldn't have been allowed to work on the medi-vans let alone an ambulance. I'm now working part-time for a company that is good, where it's owners care (Lifeline), unlike Advance & their total dis-regard for the people working there, unless you're one of Witiks (the owner) minions.
Pros: Close to home.
Cons: Owner & personnel at Advance.
