One thing you can say about ADT is that they're cheap...and you get what you pay for. Cheap equipment, breaks easily and you cannot get customer support or service technicians to be attentive at all. Poor choice in using them just because of their name. Buyer beware! Cons: Too big to be helpful more

ADT Security, STAY AWAY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE 12/21/2007

Total rip-off, stay away and go with another alarm/security company. This is a take the money and run business.. I had an alarm and vidoe system installed, within days we had a break in and theft. The system did not work, so naturally we wanted the system removed, so began the ADT run around and no call back system. At fault Customer Service, they will not return calls, emails or letters. more
