I found the customer service professionals and sales associates at ADT to be first class people. Everyone was patient in explaining all the facets of my burglar alarm system.

neighborhood is safe 8/31/2011

I talked to a friend earlier this week and I am so glad to know that she had called ADT for the installation of her home security. She said their neighborhood is safe but she does not know when these bad people break in. So she decided to get ADT simply because they are best. more

Explained the terms and conditions 8/18/2011

I had a good experience with ADT’s installer. He was very professional and helpful in explaining the terms of the contract and installation methods and the home security system use. I would recommend ADT! more

They also monitor over 200 airports, many goverment institutes including the Federal Marshals and has recently made a deal with ALL federal judges (most judges make good decisions that's what they get paid for). I don't work for ADT, I just do alot of research and not look at a few bad instances in which some are waaaay out there. I have been a customer for over 10 years and when it comes to protecting my family I only want the best and nothing more, they are #1 for a reason. more

ADT saved my family!! 4/1/2011

ADT's critical conditions system saved my family and house when my 6year old son Micah tried to cook fries while I was taking a nap. The heat sensor triggered a fire alarm in the kitchen and a fire truck came in time to stop the fire from spreading. more

Very reliable! 2/26/2011

Whenver the alarm goes off accidentally though the monitoring center always does call to see if any help is needed. They are very reliable with doing that. The issue with the alarm possibly going off keeps me very vigilant as to what is happening and making sure I keep all my doors completley shut. more

I live on my own in a small house and I don’t know who my neighbors are. Just to feel safe, I searched the internet and learned about ADT Security. I called them up and inquired about the product (Home Security system). The installer came as scheduled and it was okay. I am now, learning about the new ADT Pulse. more
