did their best 1/13/2012

A lot of people are making a fuss over a simple alarm fault. Companies have their limitations as well and sometimes, they fell short on their services. ADT is the best company but let us not forget that can commit mistakes as well. It is very unfair to call them a scam and what not, because they would not be in the business this long if they are doing their best. more

If you need security, you call ADT. They are the expert on this esp. on residental and commercial areas. Its been a century that this business runs and with that very long reputation, there is nothing I can ask for. more

In June 2008, ADT acquired SST, a large US security system integrator. ADT also announced a partnership with Cisco to market and integrate Cisco's video surveillance products. more

they fix it on time 11/10/2011

Always good service and when there are some faults, they see to it that they get to fix it on time. This company is different from other security systems. I am glad I have ADT. more

All in all, I think that having an ADT box on the outside of my home is a sure way to tell all the opportunist intruders that I'm not messing around when it comes to home security. Granted, it is £25/month, but for that I get piece of mind knowing that if my alarm goes off for any reason, I get police/fire brigade response and I know that someone is on their way in an emergency. more

hesitant, but got it 9/24/2011

At first, I was hesitant to get an alarm system, but after our next door neighbor had their house burglarized while on vacation, we are so glad we got ADT. I go to bed every night knowing my family is that much safer. more

Statistics show that a home protect by the ADT alarm services has one of the fewest attempted burglaries than any other company. The reason for this is very simple… Thieves know exactly how effective ADT is and they choose to move on to easier targets. more

Convincing 8/22/2011

My family moved into a house last year that already had ADT home security. We were hesitant to sign up, but the customer service received was excellent. The person was very patient and detailed in explaining the process. more
