The prices and services were very nice and the people from ADT were appreciable. I hope this will be continued so that I could continue to recommend them to my friends.

Worst

Techs damaged my wall and left water running in the bathroom. ADT would not cover cost and just transfers you on the phone around the country. Do not use this company.

ADT is watching out for me 8/20/2011

ADT has done a great job keeping me safe! When I got my first job and moved away from home, my parents “strongly encouraged” me to get a security system since I would be alone and didn’t know anyone in the neighborhood. I haven’t had any problems and I sleep better knowing that ADT is watching out for me. more

The monthly monitoring fee is reasonable given what you get - I received the $100 Visa Reward Card from Security Choice which paid for the installation fee. Would recommend. more

ADT home security systems is really easy to use. I am a type of person who doesn't want to deal with complicated stuff. But with ADT, the installer did a good job teaching me how the system works. ADT has great employees! They're really well trained on how to teach clients! more

I called up ADT and they gave me the best offer regarding their security cameras. I am a mom with a lot of worries and having security cameras eases these worries. I didn’t pay that much and I like their service. more

I am a businessman and I keep on leaving my house alone. I asked my friend about ADT Alarm system and told me all about it since he has one. Last month the installer came and installed the alarm system. I like it and I hope it won't act up. Thank you! more

No Complaints 10/19/2010

After a 2 years of always complaining due to malfunctions of another company's security system, I decided to switch to ADT and was so relieved to have a system with no complaints. Thanks for the service! more

the theft incidence has gone down drastically. 8/2/2010

I live in an urban community and is a little worried when it comes to my family's safety especially when i'm away for a business travel. Burglars had been lurking down our neighborhood. Ever since our neighbors and I installed this home security device in our home, the theft incidence has gone down drastically. The installers are also friendly and very helpful. more

We needed an economical, but good home security alarm system when broken into our apartment. ADT Home security installed the alarm in a day and came with code and we have signs to be posted. We have not been robbed since installation. more

I can concentrate more on my job and leave my woes behind. 7/8/2010

I'm usually traveling and having to be on the road and away from my house made me a bit paranoid of what's happening back home. It was a good thing, I was so thankful ADT Home Security helped me to get over this paranoia. Now that I have their system installed at home, I can concentrate more on my job and leave my woes behind. more

Highly recommended! 7/4/2010

When a competitor's security system continually malfunctioned in my home (11 false alarms and seven service calls in a nine weeks), I took my neighbor's advice and had an ADT home security system installed. What a difference. Since then we have not had a false alarm in our home in 11 months. I now have an ADT system for my business too. more
