This company is amazing and very useful. They have great prices and friendly staff. A lot of customers are recommending ADT. This is the best security system for everybody.

Worst

They said it's my responsibility to test the alarm. Well unless I test the alarm nightly I have no way of knowing if it's working at their call center. I purchased the alert but...

They said it's my responsibility to test the alarm. Well unless I test the alarm nightly I have no way of knowing if it's working at their call center. I purchased the alert button for my elderly mother since I travel a lot and she has been really home alone since the service I've been paying for does not work. I now have to pay for a technician to come out and figure out why their wireless service is not functional. more

Unlike security alarms offered by other companies, ADT's home security systems are backed by 24 hour monitoring. Most home security systems offer you protection, but the delay in getting adequate help to you can often take too long. It's not enough for your home security system to protect you. What you need is the help after the alarm signal has been sent. more

ADT literally saved our lives 4/6/2011

ADT has been great to my family for over 7 years. We had one break-in within that time and ADT literally saved our lives. If you look at the type of equipment compared to all the other alarm companies its apple and oranges. ADT's service techs are 24hrs which really helps when I need someone on a Sunday, I would never get that from another alarm company. more

Best and Nothing More!! 4/4/2011

They also monitor over 200 airports, many goverment institutes including the Federal Marshals and has recently made a deal with ALL federal judges (most judges make good decisions that's what they get paid for). I don't work for ADT, I just do alot of research and not look at a few bad instances in which some are waaaay out there. I have been a customer for over 10 years and when it comes to protecting my family I only want the best and nothing more, they are #1 for a reason. more

Professional Installation 3/29/2011

I have had ADT monitored since I purchased my home 7 years ago. It was professionally installed.Yesterday house was broken into around 4:30 in the afternoon, the alarm went off, ADT called the house phone and also called me on my cell phone more

I have heard from my office mate that ADT home security is a good company for security purposes. She told me to call ADT and so I did. They installed it about a month ago and so far, I like it! more

It has been 2 years since the installation of my home alarm. I can say that this product from ADT is good. Have not experienced having it fixed. more
