Great benefits, direct management was very positive and supportive. Lots of outside sales tools and freedom. You get back as much as you put into it, if if you understand the processes and are self disciplined about the sales process. Fix the commercial install side of things, direplease. It was a mess and wasted a huge amount of time that cut into selling. more

its decided 12/30/2012

I decided to get ADT a few months ago after increased crime in my community. I called on a Tuesday and the installer was there on Wednesday. I had a few false alarms as I got used to the system, but the staff was always courteous and nice to me, no matter what! more

overbilling 12/9/2012

They've billed me for four months (over and above my three-year contract term) where they have not been monitoring my premises. If their response times for customer service issues are any indication on their emergency response time, being a burglar of ADT protected homes could be very lucrative. It took me 9 emails, 2 phone calls and over 3 weeks to get a response from them more

professionally installed 11/4/2012

I have had ADT monitored since I purchased my home 7 years ago. It was professionally installed.Yesterday house was broken into around 4:30 in the afternoon, the alarm went off, ADT called the house phone and also called me on my cell phone. more

He was very helpful and patience with answering all my questions. I first called to inquire about installing a system at our daughter's place and later ended up not only installing one at my daughter's place, but at our home as well. He made sure I was completely satisfied and gave me the best deal for our needs. more

Lies!!! When you have the service installed that is the date that the money is taken out. Or that is what they say. Actually what happens is they take it out when they want to during the month. If you try and change the date you are not allowed. Which is not what you think you are signing up for. Make sure you READ READ READ the contract. more

Every time you hear about home alarms you immediately think of ADT. Why? Because they are the largest, most well respect monitored alarm service in the industry. The company and its staff’s record is impeccable and that is because they have proven continuously that if a burglary occurs that there is a live person their to immediately be certain the police is notified and on their way to protect you and your loved ones. more

I never felt safe this way. It was only last month that I called them and I am very secure in my place. whenever i have problems, their CSR is really fast in attending my needs. Please try ADT. I recommend it to you. they are great and amazing people, they will take care of you place. The system is 100% effective. more
