They really leave it up to you to contact them for status on your adoption. In addition, they sound hurried when you call. I would rather have them review the file and then return my call. \r

When we were trying to adopt, I had to contact the adoption attorney 1 week after the birth mother had planned to have the child in order to find out any information.\r

Finally, when I called to notify them we wanted to take a break, their reply was simply "Ok, we'll do that for you"...I would loved for them to discuss further but our phone conversations generally lasted a minute or so each time.\r

The failed adoption was not part of the rating. That wasn't their fault or responsibility. I just don't believe our case was handled professionally.
