What is Zumba: It is a dance fitness program created by Colombian dancer and choreographer Alberto "Beto" Perez during the 1990s. Zumba involves dance and aerobic elements. Zumba's choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo and martial arts. Squats and lunges are also included.
What is Piloxing: It is the first program that blends the muscle sculpting of standing Pilates, the strengthening and cardio of boxing and the fun and sensuality of dance into a high energy interval workout. Piloxing is a combination of Pilates, boxing and dancing in one workout! The workout combines all the power moves of boxing for that intense cardio to burn calories, however it incorporates lots of pilates movements into it as well to help tone and strengthen.
What is Pole Fitness: It is an extension of pole dancing that uses the pole to its maximum potential as a versatile piece of fitness equipment. It works the whole body, improving muscle tone, flexibility, coordination, posture as well as upper body and core strength.
