They respond to us quickly, and the service guys they send out do everything according to our procedures. We service military housing, and when a garage door breaks or otherwise needs repaired, we call Lockout. We want to make our residents happy and Lockout helps us do that when they respond promptly. When we need them, they come. more

Our experiences have been very positive. 7/19/2010

We probably replace and repair close to 4 or 5 garage doors a month. ADG Overhead Doors is always quick to respond to our repair calls. They are extremely professional when they come onsite and are always friendly. We have been working with them for at least 3 years. Larger companies have tried to contact us about service, but we feel that with ADG Overhead Doors we get more interpersonal interaction. On the service side, whatever makes it easier for our service manager is good and ADG is easy to schedule with. They are very professional and friendly. The technicians seem to be pretty competent and experienced. With each service call they make it out as quickly as possible. more
