I wasn't sure if Alysha would remember me after bringing my 2000 Lexus sedan in Sep-2008 for her to take a look at to repair dings/blemishes. After completing her survey of the vehicle, Alysha sat with me and reviewed each repair item and the cost to fix. She also helped me identify some of the pros and cons of having this much work done on a late model vehicle. Never once did I feel any pressure from Alysha to get the job booked. After careful consideration, the decision was made to trade the sedan for a Lexus RX. In late Dec-2008, the RX suffered substantial front-end damage in a "black-ice" slide in a parking lot. It was Alysha's honesty and professionalism that I quickly remembered when my insurance company asked me where I wanted to have the vehicle repaired. I replied, "Let's send it to Addison Auto Body, not the Lexus dealer." My insurance agent told me that Addison Auto had commendable business ratings and that they would be able to deal directly with them. AAA informed me that Addison is a AAA-authorized/certified repair shop. One call to Addison Auto from the accident scene was all it took. They made all the arrangements for receiving the RX, provided me with a detailed explanation of the process, and then they found me a rental car in 15 minutes, and it was waiting for me when I arrived at the shop with the tow-truck driver. The very next business day, I received the insurance adjuster's estimate and Alysha placed the order for all the repair parts. This is truly "Excellence in Customer Service"! This was such a refreshing experience, because I prefer to do business with local establishments and they are right in my neighborhood here in South Denver.
