Addicted To Dogs

This facility has groomed all 3 of my fur babies for the last 7 years. All of them on the same visit. Patty is patient and kind to the dogs and she treats my little ones like they are her own. Not sure why the 1st reviewers pup was traumatized but it surely wasnt from being beaten. The 1st time I told each of my pups they all came back a little shaken. Simply because of the process that they weren't accustomed to and the fact that they were there without me. But they came around on the 2nd and 3rd visits and now it's like a mini vacation when they go to see Ms. Patty. Lee and Amanda more

I had taken my shitzu here several times without any problem. It was recommended to me and I also recommended it. But this week I took him and after I picked him up he came home and hid. He would not eat or drink. Anytime I held water up to him he would hold his head up really high and not drink. When we came close to him he would shake uncontrollably. When we went to pick him up he would cry out. I finally picked him up and held him close. He was very rigid and would hold his head up high acting very scared of me. He fought falling to sleep sitting up and very rigid. He was like this the next day not jumping up or barking just quiet and scared. He finally ate 24 hours later when I got some special dog food and fed it to him with a spoon. Two days later he is still scared but seems to be coming around. I also had a friend with the same kind of dog have the same thing happen to her. But because I had good reviews about the place I took him anyway thinking it was just a fluke with her dog. Something happened to my dog that day and to my friends dog another time. I will never go back there and will tell my friends. Please do not take your dog. I felt like my child had been beaten and he could not tell me. It was heartbreaking and I made a really bad choice taking him there. I don't want to give them any stars but have to for my review. more

Okay, so this wasnt the best experiance. The lady at the counter has a fake smile, and i watched from outside as a boy that works with her threw the dogs in their cages. They razor burned my poor pooch and they did not pluck the hair out of his ears. I had to ask the vet to do it. The fat blonde girl seemed really talkitive and as i left i heard a few of the workers argueing and i have also heard through the grape vine here in mobile that they have BLACK MOLD and they arent very nice to the animals there. more
