This is a great environment for a family or the individual. The more my family has been involved with this excellent organization the more cohesive my family has become at home. Quite simply the instructors are able to bring out the best in your child in an ability to challenge them and coach them so in the end your child will feel the great satisfaction of accomplishment. This organization works to bring out the best in each individual which I would say is the school's charter. For those parents looking for a great ""coach"" that can help your child in ways that a parent can not then bring them to John Adamson's dojo. It is great to see them excel in all other fields of life and learning when Adamson's Karate is part of that equation. more

This has been a great karate school for my son of 8 and for myself! We love all the instructors. My family noticed a change in my son's respect and confidence within the first month. As far as working with my family, they have been outstanding. They are very accommodating to special circumstances. They care vary deeply for the families that they serve. There are no long-term contracts and even if there was, if someone was not happy, I know they would let them out of the contract. That is just the type of people they are! I recommend Adamson's to everyone, including adults! more

My family's experience with Adamson's Karate has been wonderful. We were not asked to sign a contract and we pay as we go, on a monthly basis. There is no contractual obligation. Adamson's is very family oriented, great for kids and adults. The quality of the instruction is excellent. The only committment that we were asked to make was to try hard and attend regularly. Adamson's is fun, safe, exciting and challenging, and did I mention fun. This is a top quality karate school. more

I cannot fathom what the negative reviewer is talking about. There is no ""signing your life away"" and, frankly, there is really very little obligation.\r \r Since it appears that the negative reviewer did not actually participate, let me share my actual experience with Adamson's Karate Studios. My 8 year old son had tired of team sports and was more interested in lying on the couch playing his DS than anything else. Though he still plays the DS quite often, he has also advanced to the level of yellow belt through the instruction he receives at Adamson's Karate Studios. He never complains about going to karate class. Whether we choose to attend a class right after school, later in the evening, or on Satuday morning, he has not complained once since he began. I know that sounds like hyperbole but it is the truth.\r \r I give Adamson's Karate Studios my highest recommendation. more

Do not sign a contract with this studio, they do not explain it, you think you are signing because they require a bank draft for fees, BUT you are signing your life away! They will not let you out of this contract even if you cannot afford to pay your mortgage!! Cons: ALL more
