Helpful and friendly 7/12/2011

While traveling through New Mexico on a recent vacation, I had the misfortune of experiencing starter trouble with my car. Luckily I made it to Las Cruces where I discovered the friendliest people thanks to caring people at Adams Auto Center , I was happily on my way with a minimum of delay. I would like to express my sincere appreciation for your help in expediting repairs to my van. I hope that if you ever find yourself in need of assistance while traveling in Texas that you encounter such helpful and friendly people as I did when I was in Las Cruces. Thank you again. more

Certainly gave us good service. 7/11/2011

I thank Adams Tire and family for the hospitality shown to us. We also want to thank Rick & Suzy for sending a courtesy car out to the R.V. Park and guiding us down to your shop, and putting a compressor on our air conditioner when we were miles from home. They certainly gave us good service, and putting on that new compressor did the trick. After finishing a 3000 mile trip, it worked beautifully all the way. more

I just wanted to take a minute and thank you for your help and all your concern for my sake. It really helps if you are having a problem and you feel like the people care that are helping you. Suzy is very professional and worked very hard to get my truck fixed. She communicated very well with me at all times so I knew what was going on. I commend her for doing her job very well. She is knowledgeable and professional, I hope you will pass on to her my appreciation. In addition to these things, walking into a business and being recognized by name makes me feel special and appreciated. I appreciate being recognized and your people have always remembered me. Thank you all for your help and for being so nice. more

Excellent advice & service! 6/8/2011

My Ford F-250 performed beautifully since you all went through the problems. That includes pulling my 9000 lb. travel trailer. It was nice to be able to locate someone who is efficient and has the know-how. more

Trustworthy auto shop. Great customer service. 7/24/2006

I have always had good experiences with this auto repair shop. Thay are AAA recommended and I have never felt like I was duped into any uneccesary repairs. Highly recommended, if you want to avoid getting cheated! more
