I hired Adams Pools to restore a community indoor pool. Both pools were heavily damaged and needed both tile and plaster restoration, as well as minor plumbing issues. They were able to finish everything within a few days, working hard into the night to make sure we are able to open on time. more

Adams Pools installed a beautiful waterfall slide on the northside of my pool, as well as replastered the entire pool with pebble tec material which makes the water looks a cool blue at all times. I'm really happy with their work, and surprised with how fast they got it done. I hear they are the best in pool renovation, and now I understand why. My pool went from motel 6 status to something I'd see in a resort. Thanks Adams! more

I asked a friend of mine who he used to build his pool and he sent me to Tony at Adams Pool Solutions. I first checked out their showroom which was surprisingly fancy, with different pools and waterfalls in a big indoor office area. They were able to take my old existing pool which hadn't had a major upgrade or service on it in over 10 years and turn it into something that looked like it came out of a celebrity's mansion home. I absolutely love the job they did and would recommend them to anyone I know. more

Adams completed the rennovation of our pool two weeks ago. What a company! From the gentleman who estimated repairs and costs to the people on the showroom floor to the people who called to set dates, the entire organization was excellent. Customer service is a hallmark of good companies and this organization earned its five star rating. The workmanship is meticulous. The crews arrived on the stated day and time. Each day the work site was cleaned up before the crew left. The tile and coping are beautiful and the pool sparkles. It is hard to believe a 30 year old pool could look so good! our pool basicly has to be remodeled after having this company come to our home and remodel our pool.. we paid alot of money our pool finish is awful, they basicly told us to bad, they would not do anything for us. Cons: Poor Quality, Staff never answers the phone more

I used these guys to do a major remodle of my pool. My landscape guy told me not to but I did anyway. I have never been more sorry about a contractor in my life. Once the ink is on the contract, they no longer comunicate with you. Then you find out that your sales person is an indpendent contractor and can not help you. I thought becuase they were the only contractor for peble tec that I should use them for the whole job. This was my major mistake. Besides bad comunications thier stone work is very poor. Then I find out that they contract a lot of the work out to other contractors and do not stand behind it. Pros: Nothing Cons: Quality is very low and customer service is very bad more

Incredibly disappointed and wish we would have asked around about other people's experiences before using Adams Pool. After running into problems with them not having our equipment working correctly and providing the documentation we found out several friends had similar experiences. It took us over 3 months and finally contacting Adams subcontractors to get our issue straightened out. Also, the landscape designer we tried to hire refused to work with us because we were using Adams Pools. Pros: They were priced in the middle of all the contractors we received bids from and their sales personnel were good Cons: They installed the equipment then had no accountability for the problems resulting from poor workmanship. Denied the issues until we contacted their subcontractor to come out and fix the issues. more
