bad service. I have called, emailed, and no return email or return call. The boss is on vacation is all I got. They have NO service after the sale. Wish I would have purchased...

bad service. I have called, emailed, and no return email or return call. The boss is on vacation is all I got. They have NO service after the sale. Wish I would have purchased my doors elsewhere. :( more

WORST COMPANY EVER 1/26/2015

I don't even want to give them stars because they have been to my home 5 times for the same issue and now there is a damage to my garage door but of course they would never do that and my garage door was working fine when they got there which I know for a fact it wasn't! DO NOT USE THEM! more

Don't trust them 5/8/2011

Do not trust this company. They may give you a low price but you will pay for it later. I bought three door closers from them and a year later they said all three had to be replaced due to "garage condensation." My carpenter friend laughed at that, sprayed them with some WD-40 , hand turned them, then turned on the electricty. Off they went and they have been working fine for the past 3 years! these people are crooks. I asked for my service call money back and they refused. Do not trust this "outfit"! more
