I purchased a Harley-Davidson while overseas on deployment. I had it shipped to the Adamec Dealership on Baymeadows RD. I then sunk $4000 of accessories in the bike. One item was a Screaming Eagle Super Tuner and Dyna Tune when I had 500 miles on the bike. When the bike was delivered they handed me a box of parts and that was it. It took me about a year to get 500 miles on the bike due to my military schedule. When I went back for the Dyna Tune they explained for the first time to me that I needed a little black box that went from the bikes ECM to the Dyna Tune machine, (they never gave this little black box to me and it was never explained when I received the bike). The service writer told me that their policy was to give the boxes back and there was nothing they could do for us as per his manager. I asked to speak with the service dept., manager and got voicemail in which I left a few messages (Which the manager never returned). Then I talked with the ""Customer Service Coordinator"" She stated the best they could do was offer me a new tuner for their cost of $299.00, this after I already spent $435 on one when I bought the bike. I then asked for my money back for the Dyna Tune which was $350 and she stated that we did not pay for one! Then she proceeded to tell me there was little she could do because I had not taken the bike in for regular maintenance at the dealership, in effect claiming that we didn't spend enough money there for her to really care about us as a customer. I have asked other dealerships about this situation and they have all said that they would have done the right thing and given me a new Super Tuner. I would suggest anyone wishing to use the Service Dept. at Baymeadows Rd. look elsewhere,
