I have to provide poor marks for the service department at Phil Wright. I own a 2001 Toyota Sequoia and found I had to make four trips there for every problem it had. The first trip was to ltake it there so they could troubleshot it, second to pick it up because they don't stock parts, third trip to return it after they received the part and a fourth to pick it up after they repaired it. If they didn't resolve the problem I had to go through that sequence again, and again. The skid plate almost fell off three separate times because they failed to torque the bolts back on after oil changes. I had two bad front bearing, and a defective differential that they said were normal (in warranty) and I had to take it to Little Rock for it to be repaired. I took it there with a leaking rear seal and a extremely poor gas mileage problem and they said it was normal for an ageing car - the dealer in NLR quickly resolved those problems. While in warranty my a/c malfunctioned over a two year period and I made over 20 trips there and they couldn't resolve the problem. They replaced the compresser and two other major parts and it was me who finally resolved the problem..It turned out tthat the a/c drain was plugged.
I have found their service department to be so bac I will drive my two Toyotas all the way to NLR to have them maintained.
I have learned to never have repairs done at Phil Wright.
Incidentally, my Sequoia has over 197,000 miles on it and it's still in great shape. But it isn't because of the dealer in Russellville.
